Step 1: Open Portal & Find Institution
Access gateway and search for your school
- Start by clicking the button below or using the top banner button:
- On the SBI Collect home screen, select the 'Educational Institutions' icon category.
- In the search field, enter your school name (e.g., "AIR FORCE SCHOOL JORHAT") or filter by State (e.g., Assam).
- Click on your specific institution name from the search results to load its payment form.
Tip
Double check the state and branch location of the school to avoid selecting a different institution with a similar name.

Step 2: Enter Payment Category & Student Details
Provide student information and fee amounts
- Choose the correct Payment Category dropdown option (e.g., NUR-XS MID TERM ADMISSIONS or Quarter Fee).
- Fill out required fields: Admission No., Student Name, Class, and Annual/Quarterly Fees.
- Under 'Enter Your Details' (Remitter section), type the Payer's Name, Mobile Number, and Email ID.
- Select the checkbox: "I have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions".
- Enter the Captcha image code accurately and click 'Next'.
Important Note
You must check the Terms & Conditions box before clicking 'Next'. Leaving it unchecked will trigger an alert message.

Step 3: Verify Payment Information
Confirm student details and final fee breakdown
- Review the verification screen summarizing Admission No., Student Name, Class, and Total Fee Amount.
- Click 'Back' if you need to correct any typing mistakes.
- Click 'Next' once verified to proceed to the payment mode selection page.

Step 4: Select Payment Method & Scan QR
Complete transaction via UPI / Net Banking / Card
- Choose your preferred payment method: Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, or UPI.
- For quick UPI payment, click 'Click Here' under UPI to generate the payment QR Code and Reference Number.
- Open your UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or BHIM) and scan the QR code displayed.
- Complete the transaction on your smartphone before the 5-minute session timer expires.
- After successful payment, download, print, or save the e-Receipt for school submission.
